1. WHERE CAN I PURCHASE SELENE COSMETICS?

Selene Cosmetics products can be purchased directly through our website (www.selenecosmetics.com.au) or at our stockists.

2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We ship from Sydney, Australia. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for handling time, then add postage time, as follows:
Standard shipping Australia: 2+ business days. 
Express shipping Australia: Next business day. (Express items are generally posted out the same day or next day once order is placed.) 

International: 7-12 business days approx.

3. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

All sales are final and no returns or refunds will be accepted, unless you receive the wrong or faulty item, so please choose wisely. 

If you believe you have been sent the wrong or faulty product, please retain the box, packaging and all contents, and contact us at orders@selenecosmetics.com.au so we can further assist you. 

4. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE?

Yes! We make it a priority to only supply products that are cruelty free!
